Golden Touch ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Maryland for a full-time/part-time role providing Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and adolescents with autism. The technician will implement BCBA-designed treatment plans, use positive reinforcement, collect session data, collaborate with families and the care team, and provide services across home, school, and community settings. Candidates must be at least 18, have a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), possess strong communication skills, be able to work independently and collaboratively, and have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
