Description
Helping Hand School is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one and small-group support to students ages 3–22 with autism, intellectual disabilities, developmental delays, or related needs. The role implements ABA strategies and IEP and behavior-plan objectives, collects data, supports BCBAs, collaborates with teachers and families, and maintains documentation. It is an on-site weekday position at 37.5 hours per week, paying $23.75–$24.50 per hour, with bonus potential, retirement matching, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and other benefits.
