Description
Magical Moments ABA is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide compassionate, family-centered applied behavior analysis therapy. The role delivers one-on-one and group client care under BCBA-created treatment plans, records behavioral data in CentralReach, collaborates with therapists, BCBAs, caregivers, and other professionals, communicates client progress, maintains HIPAA and confidentiality compliance, and completes required training and administrative documentation. RBT certification is required; ABA experience is preferred but not required.
