Description
Magical Moments ABA is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings, collect and record behavioral data in Central Reach, support a safe and empathetic therapeutic environment, and collaborate closely with BCBAs, caregivers, and other professionals. The role requires RBT certification, strong communication and organizational skills, adherence to ABA protocols, HIPAA and confidentiality standards, and preferred experience in ABA.
