Java Autism Services is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for clients in home, school, or clinic settings. The role involves implementing BCBA-designed treatment plans, collecting and documenting client progress data, collaborating with families and team members, and maintaining a safe, positive therapy environment. The position offers $22-$28 per hour, flexible schedules, and is available as full-time (30+ hours per week) or part-time.
