Lakeside ABA is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Hyattsville, Maryland to provide in-home ABA therapy for clients on the autism spectrum and with other developmental disorders. The role involves implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision, collecting behavioral data, maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation, educating families, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The position requires current RBT certification, a registered NPI number, prior ABA experience with children, reliable transportation, willingness to travel to client homes, and flexibility for occasional weekend work. Pay is $25.74 to $26.90 per hour and the role is offered as full-time or part-time.
