LBAPS is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to a nine-year-old nonverbal male in a home-based setting in East New York, Brooklyn. The role involves implementing behavior intervention plans, supporting communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills, collecting session data in Rethink, and collaborating with BCBAs, families, and the clinical team. The position offers part-time and full-time opportunities, flexible scheduling, and pays $24–$28 per hour. Active RBT certification, ABA and data-collection knowledge, documentation experience, reliability, and bilingual English/Spanish ability are required; at least six months of experience working with children is preferred.
