The role involves working across home, school, and center-based settings, collecting session data, documenting sessions in Rethink within 24 hours, following individualized behavior intervention plans, participating in new-hire check-ins, and communicating observations to families and the supervising BCBA. The position pays $25.00–$30.00 per hour and offers flexible scheduling, professional development, certification support, advancement toward BCBA supervision, and a supportive clinical team.
