Description
LBAPS is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental needs in home, school, and community settings. The role implements Behavior Intervention Plans under BCBA supervision, supports communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills, collects session data in Rethink, and collaborates with BCBAs, families, and the clinical team. The position offers part-time and full-time opportunities in Staten Island, with a Monday–Thursday and Saturday–Sunday schedule, $24–$28 per hour, and requires active RBT certification, bilingual English/Spanish ability, and experience with session documentation.
