Description
LBAPS is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental needs in home, school, and community settings. The role involves implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision, supporting communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills, collecting session data in Rethink, and collaborating with BCBAs, families, and the clinical team. The position offers flexible weekday-after-4:00pm and weekend scheduling, part-time and full-time opportunities, and pays $24–$28 per hour.
