Description
LBAPS is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental needs in home, school, and community settings. The role involves implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision, supporting communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills, collecting session data in Rethink, and collaborating with BCBAs, families, and the clinical team. The position offers part-time and full-time opportunities with flexible after-school and weekend scheduling, $24–$28 per hour, and requires active RBT certification, ABA and data-collection knowledge, and reliable documentation; six months of experience with children and bilingual English/Spanish are preferred.
