Learning Ladders ABA is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision for a 4-year-old client across home, school, and center settings. The role requires approximately 18 hours per week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with duties including data collection, documentation in the Rethink app, fidelity to behavior intervention plans, family communication, and supervising BCBA reporting. Candidates need six months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities, current RBT certification, familiarity with ABA data collection and session documentation, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
