ABA Achievers is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to work approximately 15 hours per week with a 16-year-old client in a home setting. The role involves implementing ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision, collecting and documenting session data, maintaining fidelity to behavior intervention plans, communicating with families, and reporting observations to the supervising BCBA. Candidates need current RBT certification, at least six months of hands-on experience working with children with developmental disabilities, ABA data-collection experience, and strong communication skills.
