Description
Samba ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-to-one, in-home applied behavior analysis therapy for children. The role involves implementing BCBA-designed treatment plans, collecting and documenting client progress data, collaborating with families and team members, and maintaining a safe, positive therapy environment. RBT certification is required; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior ABA or childcare experience is preferred but not required. The position offers $25–$30 per hour, flexible scheduling, and either full-time work defined as 20 hours per week or part-time availability.
