The role implements ABA-based treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, uses positive reinforcement, collects client data, collaborates with families and clinical teams, and attends meetings and professional development. Required qualifications include active RBT certification, relevant experience, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, willingness to travel locally, and the ability to pass a background check.
