Steady Strides ABA is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide applied behavior analysis therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The role works Monday through Friday and Saturdays from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM, implements behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision, collects electronic data, attends supervision and team meetings, and engages with clients and families. RBT certification, at least 8 months of ABA therapy experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent are required. Pay is $21–$29 per hour based on experience, with health, retirement, life insurance, paid time off, training, and other benefits.
