Steady Strides ABA is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The role pays $21–$29 per hour based on experience and involves implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision, attending supervision and team meetings, collecting electronic data, and engaging with clients and families. Required qualifications include RBT certification, at least eight months of ABA therapy experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication, listening, problem-solving, and professionalism skills.
