True Progress Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Beverly, New Jersey to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities. The role involves implementing treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collecting and recording behavior data, collaborating with families and team members, and participating in ongoing training. The position offers $27 to $30 per hour and a flexible part-time schedule of 20 to 30 hours per week.
