Finni Health is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Fenton, Missouri to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the home and community for children with autism. The role involves delivering behavior intervention, collecting and recording progress data, collaborating with families and a BCBA supervisor, and participating in team meetings and training. The position offers daytime and evening hours, $21–$23 per hour, mileage reimbursement, PTO, sick days, and full-time health, dental, and vision benefits for employees working an average of 30+ hours per week. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, experience working with children, reliable transportation, active CPR and RBT certification, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
