KB Behavioral Health is hiring a full-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide in-person Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children in their homes in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. The role involves delivering ABA interventions, following BCBA-designed behavior plans, collecting client data, participating in supervision and team meetings, and attending training. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with two in-home shifts, and pays $20–$25 per hour.
