Open Doors ABA is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children in home, clinic, or school settings in Dickson, Tennessee. The role delivers in-person Applied Behavior Analysis therapy, follows behavior intervention plans, records client progress, and participates in supervision and training. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, experience working with children, reliable transportation, completed 40-hour RBT training, and RBT certification or willingness to obtain it; RBT certification is preferred. The position pays $24-$28 per hour and offers health, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees.
