KB Behavioral Health is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide in-person Applied Behavior Analysis therapy in children’s homes in Ripley, Tennessee. The role involves delivering ABA interventions, following BCBA-designed behavior plans, collecting client data, participating in supervision, and attending team meetings and training. The schedule is Monday through Thursday for approximately 16 hours per week, with pay of $20–$25 per hour. A high school diploma or equivalent, experience working with children, reliable transportation, active CPR certification, and willingness to obtain RBT certification are required or preferred; health, dental, and vision insurance are listed for full-time employees.
