Description
Happy Hearts ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA services in the Absecon area and greater Northern New Jersey area. The role offers $25-$30 per hour, biweekly pay, flexible scheduling, a quick interview/onboarding process, and bonuses, with health, dental, and vision insurance and 401(k) available for full-time employees after waiting periods. Candidates must hold an active RBT credential through the BACB, have reliable transportation to client homes, and be willing to complete fingerprinting and reference checks.
