Description
Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Portland, Indiana, with services delivered in homes, schools, and community settings throughout Indiana. The role provides individualized applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children, implements BCBA-developed treatment plans, collects and documents client data, supports communication and daily living skills, collaborates with families and clinical teams, and travels locally as needed. Applicants must hold current RBT certification and active BACB registration, have a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills; experience with children or ABA is preferred but not required. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with hourly pay of $18–$27.
