Description
Supportive Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)/Behavior Technicians for home-based, in-person applied behavior analysis therapy with children with autism. The role delivers individualized one-to-one ABA treatment under BCBA supervision, records session data and notes, communicates with families and the clinical team, and participates in active sessions. Part-time and full-time schedules are available, primarily afternoons and after school, with 15–25+ hours per week. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and an active RBT certification or willingness to pursue certification; one year of experience with children or individuals with special needs is preferred. Pay is $22–$28 per hour.
