Happy Hearts ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis services in the Beverly area, with work in homes within New Jersey. The role offers hourly pay, flexible scheduling, supervision from BCBAs, and benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees after 30 days, plus a 401(k) after 3 months.
