Description
The organization is hiring a Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician to provide direct behavioral health support to children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. The role implements individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) intervention plans under BCBA supervision, collects behavioral data, assists with assessments and intake, maintains HIPAA-compliant medical records, collaborates with families and professionals, and supports social, communication, and daily living skills. It is an in-person, full-time or part-time position requiring RBT certification, with pay of $20.00–$30.00 per hour and paid time off.
