Description
A part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician provides one-to-one applied behavior analysis therapy to clients in home and community settings under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The role implements individualized treatment plans, collects behavioral data, supports behavior intervention strategies, participates in team meetings and training, maintains supportive family relationships, and follows BACB ethical standards. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; RBT certification, autism or developmental-disability experience, reliable transportation, communication, empathy, organization, and time-management skills are preferred or required as specified.
