Description
Bloomwell Autism Therapy is hiring an RBT to implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collect and record patient data on an iPad, build therapeutic relationships with children and caregivers, collaborate with BCBA and other team members, and maintain confidentiality. The role offers paid training, guaranteed full-time hours, and hourly rates of $20-$29, with a Monday-Friday schedule from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. A bachelor's degree is preferred for entry-level behavior technician roles, while prior RBT experience is not required.
