Therapy & Beyond is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy for pediatric and adolescent patients with autism spectrum disorder in a clinic-based setting. The role involves following behavior intervention plans, collecting clinical data, supporting daily living skills, communicating with families and clinical management, and obtaining RBT certification within the first 60 days. Full-time and part-time afternoon positions are available, with starting compensation of $18.00-$21.00 per hour and benefits including medical, vision, dental, retirement, and paid time off.
