BehaviorCare Therapy is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) to provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy in the homes of children with autism or developmental delays in San Tan Valley, Arizona. The role follows BCBA-designed treatment plans, tracks progress, collaborates with supervisors and fellow technicians, and provides feedback to families. It offers flexible afternoon and evening hours, $21–$26 per hour based on experience, and health, dental, vision, and group life insurance for employees working 20 or more hours per week.
