Symphony ABA is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT/BT) in Henrico, Virginia, to support individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. The role involves implementing individualized behavior intervention and care plans based on applied behavior analysis, assisting with daily living activities and therapy sessions, documenting client progress, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, educating clients and families, and protecting confidential information under HIPAA. RBT certification is required or preferred, with experience in developmental disabilities or autism and knowledge of behavioral health and medical terminology advantageous.
