ABA Journey is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic. The role implements Board-Certified Behavior Analyst treatment plans, collects and documents client progress, collaborates with families and team members, and maintains a safe therapy environment. The position pays $24–$30 per hour for a 25-hour weekly schedule and offers training, certification assistance, bonuses, and career advancement opportunities.
