Description
Children’s Specialized ABA is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in a clinical setting at its Clark, New Jersey clinic. The role delivers individualized behavior acquisition and reduction plans, uses CentralReach for assessments and data tracking, collaborates with BCBA and clinical teams, communicates progress to families, and provides basic care as needed. RBT certification is preferred but not required because paid training and exam-cost coverage are provided. The position requires availability five days per week from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM, with compensation of $25.00–$40.00 per hour.
