Willow ABA Services is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-clinic, one-to-one ABA services for children and adolescents with autism under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. The role involves implementing BCBA programming, collecting and graphing client data, following HIPAA guidelines, participating in training, and demonstrating programming to parents. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with a minimum of 20 hours per week and a Monday-Friday schedule. The position is based in Lenexa, Kansas, pays $18.50-$24.00 per hour, and includes medical, dental, vision, paid time off, parental leave, 401(k) matching, performance incentives, and a health savings account. RBT certification is preferred but not required, and visa sponsorship is not available.
