Myers Assessment and Therapeutic Services is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician for its Complex Behavior Program in Fayette County and the Newnan, Georgia area. The full-time role provides one-on-one ABA therapy to adolescents and young adults with severe challenging behaviors, implements behavior intervention plans, teaches adaptive skills, manages crisis behaviors, collects data, and communicates with BCBAs. Candidates need active RBT certification, 1–2 years of ABA or behavior therapy experience, experience with autism or developmental disabilities, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check. The schedule is Monday through Friday with 8:00 AM–7:00 PM availability, at least 25 billable hours weekly, and possible evening or weekend sessions. Pay is $24–$26 per hour plus a $2 complex behavior premium, with bi-weekly direct deposit and professional development benefits.
