Description
The employer is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician to provide direct behavioral health support to children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. The role implements individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision, applies ABA techniques, collects progress data, assists with assessments and intake, maintains HIPAA-compliant records, collaborates with families and professionals, and supports social, communication, and daily living skills. The position is offered full-time or part-time, is in person, pays $20.00–$30.00 per hour, and requires RBT certification.
