Happy Hearts ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis services to learners in the Berlin, New Jersey area. The role requires an active BACB RBT credential, reliable transportation, background screening, and an empathetic approach to working with children with autism, caregivers, and supervision staff. Compensation is $25–$30 per hour with flexible scheduling and biweekly pay; full-time employees receive health, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days and other benefits.
