True Progress Therapy is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Salem, New Jersey, for after-school hours at $23–$27 per hour. The role delivers one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes, implements behavior intervention plans, collects and documents client data, collaborates with families and team members, and maintains a safe therapy environment. Applicants need current RBT certification or willingness to obtain it, a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to pass a background check, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally; ABA or child-experience is a plus.
