Description
Optimal Care Therapy is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Homewood, Illinois. The role provides one-to-one applied behavior analysis therapy for children in home, school, or clinic settings; implements BCBA-designed treatment plans; collects and documents progress data; collaborates with families and care teams; and maintains a safe, positive therapy environment. Candidates need an RBT certification or willingness to obtain one, a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, local travel availability, and the ability to pass a background check. Prior ABA or childcare experience is preferred but not required.
