Happy Hearts ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis services for children with autism in the Jersey City, New Jersey area. The role requires an active BACB RBT credential, reliable transportation to New Jersey homes, fingerprinting and reference checks, and empathetic collaboration with learners, caregivers, and supervising BCBAs. The employer offers flexible scheduling, $25–$30 hourly pay with biweekly pay, bonuses, benefits for eligible full-time employees, and supervision and professional development support.
