DreamBuilders ABA is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, or clinic settings in Newport News, Virginia. The role includes implementing BCBA-designed treatment plans, collecting and documenting client data, collaborating with families and team members, and maintaining a safe, positive therapy environment. The position offers flexible scheduling, bonus opportunities, paid training and certification assistance, and pays $18 to $24 per hour for a full-time 30-hours-per-week schedule or part-time work.
