Description
Acclimate ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized, one-on-one applied behavior analysis therapy for clients with autism and developmental challenges in home, school, and community settings. The role involves implementing BCBA-created treatment plans, collecting and recording session data, writing detailed notes, and collaborating with supervisors, peers, and caregivers. The position offers flexible part-time or full-time scheduling, professional development, health, dental, and vision benefits, and requires active BACB RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and organizational skills, compassion, and reliable transportation.
