Description
The employer is hiring a Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician to provide direct behavioral health support to children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. The role implements individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision, applies ABA techniques, collects behavioral data, assists with assessments and intake, maintains HIPAA-compliant documentation, collaborates with families and professionals, and supports clients' social, communication, and daily living skills. The position is in person and available full-time or part-time, with pay of $20.00–$30.00 per hour and required RBT certification.
