Aim Higher ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in homes, daycares, and community school settings. The role involves implementing individualized skill acquisition programs, collecting and submitting session data, maintaining a safe and compassionate environment, and completing assigned tasks under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. An RBT license is required, and the position offers flexible scheduling, ongoing supervision and professional development, and health, dental, and vision insurance for full-time RBTs.
