Blue Gems ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-to-one, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. The role involves implementing BCBA-designed behavior intervention and skill-acquisition plans, collecting real-time clinical data, collaborating with BCBAs and families, and maintaining safe and engaging session environments. An active RBT certification, high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills are required; autism or developmental-delay experience is preferred.
