Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings throughout Indiana. The role involves implementing treatment plans, collecting client data, supporting children’s communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills, collaborating with families and clinical teams, and traveling to client locations. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with pay of $20–$27 per hour and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees.
