Description
Blue Moon ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one applied behavior analysis therapy to individuals with Autism. The role implements treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collects behavioral data, collaborates on behavior intervention plans, trains parents and caregivers, coordinates client care, and supports a safe environment and positive client outcomes. The position offers $27–$31 hourly, Monday through Friday after-school and evening scheduling, with weekends as needed, plus PTO, clinical support, growth opportunities, and employee perks.
