Description
Blue Moon ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one applied behavior analysis therapy to individuals with Autism. The role implements treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collects behavioral progress data, collaborates on behavior intervention plans, trains parents and caregivers, coordinates client care, and maintains a safe, supportive environment. The position offers $29–$33 per hour, PTO, clinical support, growth opportunities, and a Monday-to-Friday after-school/evening schedule with weekends as needed.
