Carry On Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. The role involves implementing BCBA-developed treatment plans, collecting and recording client progress data, collaborating with families and clinical team members, and maintaining a safe and supportive session environment. Applicants must hold an active RBT certification at the time of application, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to travel locally; experience with children or ABA is helpful. The position offers full-time or part-time flexible scheduling, starting pay of $20–$24 per hour, paid time off, bonus opportunities, and referral bonuses.
